Gather 10 friends (or family members) and join us for three days of stunning sourdough pizza, low and slow barbecue and flame licked grub!
Our dough, smoke + fire weekends are held in the idyllic French countryside at the luxurious Manoir Beaulieu. You’ll get the chance to stretch your own pizza, smoke your own hunk of meat or simply sit back, relax and enjoy being brought three nights worth of delicious grub!
The 2021 season will kick off with selected dates in April, May, June, September and October with our Thursday to Sunday weekend escapes accommodating up to 10 people.
Over the course of the 3 days we’ll be experimenting with various pizza types including Neapolitan, Detroit and New York style. We’ll spend time sampling low and slow cooked barbecue food, all with a French twist!
Think; pork shoulder, ribs, duck breast, beef short ribs, seafood and a few surprises thrown in.
Last, but certainly not least, there will be hot and fast cooking on an impressive fire pit. Think; smash burgers, local sausages, snails, a bit more duck, salad, fruit (trust us this is GREAT) and delicious marinated chicken amongst other things.
Of course eating everything we make and sampling local wines and beers along the way. You certainly won’t go home hungry.
